To ensure maximum freshness, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. For custom celebration cakes, please provide 5-7 days' notice.

Do you offer delivery across the entire country?

Currently, we offer local hand-delivery within a 20-mile radius of our bakery to maintain the structural integrity and temperature of our products. Nationwide shipping is available for select dry goods like cookies and brownies.

Are there options for specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we offer a range of vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options. You can filter these using the dietary tags on our shop page. Please note that while we take every precaution, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, and dairy.

How should I store my baked goods once they arrive?

Most of our cakes and pastries are best kept in a cool, dry place or refrigerated if they contain fresh cream. Detailed storage instructions are included in every delivery box.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
